After countless projects later, the team is back at it.Recently, the duo released “Suave Life” remix with the assistance of Vinny Cha$e and Curt@!ns on @Dj Snips show and had twitter going crazy. First off, I was about to eat some fast food (which I shouldnt be) and played track 2 from DJ Star Status’ recent offering and almost choked (in a good way) Cant tell you enough how much an effective sample of a group like Journey makes music sound so much better IMO.
The good part of this mixtape is it has alot of different flows so you dont get too bored. My standout tracks include, “Never Die” by Shizze Robertino, “Takeoff 2nite” by Boogz Boogetz and Ya Boy, “Die Slow” by Kayos and SAS, “This Plane” by Wiz Khalifa, “Killers talking about me” by Ape Gang, “Semi Automatic” by the Ghostwritaz.
Overall: B- I like the majority of the line up here, just a few tracks that didnt click for me.
